Teigha File Converter is a free cross-platform application provided by the ODA for the conversion of .dwg and .dxf files to/from different versions. The application features a graphical interface and a command-line interface.
Teigha File Converter accepts the following inputs: Source directory, Target directory, Input file filter such as *.dwg, Output version/type, Recurse flag and Audit flag.

There is a problem with the install. There is an “optional” program it wants to install which will change your search browser to the “optional” download. When you decline, the install aborts, meaning the “optional” program is not optional. Not sure what else it will install. I am choosing not to install because of this.
