By specifying entire folders and configuring file filters, one can use this utility to batch process multiple files at the same time. A command-line interface is also available, suitable especially for the more advanced users. An option to perform an auditing and repairing task to the input files is also provided.
To sum it all up, though a simple and neat tool, Teigha File Converter can prove to be very handy in many situations that require converting among different versions of DXF and DWG files. Furthermore, this tool is completely free.

There is a problem with the install. There is an “optional” program it wants to install which will change your search browser to the “optional” download. When you decline, the install aborts, meaning the “optional” program is not optional. Not sure what else it will install. I am choosing not to install because of this.
